The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and had a writing desk and chair. The breakfast provided was especially nice, with real eggs and gravy that really exceeded our expectations. The location was pleasant, nestled in the mountains with a nearby river, fresh breeze, convenience store, and highway access.

Thank the staff for going out of their way I appreciate it.

In my case they offered Disability Access room with microwave, good shower plus a bathtub and that was great.

The hotel is well-kept and modern, with outstanding rooms. It has a fantastic and incredibly comfortable location in Carbondale, near the river and tourist attractions like Penny Hot Springs.

The breakfast as disappointing as there were only microwavable omelettes for a protein breakfast. My mother in law could only find coffee and toast to eat.

Great pool 🏊‍♂️ and awesome location close to the Roaring Fork Valley, Aspen area, and a beautiful river. It's nestled in the mountains, making the surroundings stunning.

Our bed was so awesome, we didn't want to get out of it. The staff was super friendly, totally engaging.

Wish we could have stayed another day.

We found a white/pale color spider on our bedsheet. So I wasn't comfortable sleeping all night.

This place is awesome! The staff here are really nice. The breakfast is so good, like really nice. My room was cozy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location is great, so close to the river. 🌊

Location is great, breakfast was good (I like oatmeal), trail behind Inn along the river was nice. Registration snafu was handled by three different people, all friendly. Lots of parking.

Booked online specifically looking for dog-friendly places, once I arrived was told it cost more and they had to shift my room to one which was undergoing repairs. I agreed since I was already there and had no time to change plans. Room AC was broken so I opened the window, but got zero sleep listening to traffic bumping over the highway bridge nonstop all night. I understand the situation but still wish I had just driven home that night and saved my money.

Great front desk staff. Very friendly and accomodating. Place was clean and good amenities. Great location near Glenwood Springs and Iron Mountain Hot Springs.

No waffle maker like most continental breakfast but good variety of food.

The rooms are cool and come with a comfortable King bed, a good shower, and a bathtub. The staff are super friendly. The location is marvelous, just steps away from a convenience store, the highway, a roaring river, and fresh breeze.

The hotel offers outstanding, wonderful rooms with mini fridge, a King bed, the bathroom. They serve incredibly nice breakfasts for all tastes with gravy and also real eggs. The services are good, including a great pool🙂
